Wondering If Your Cancellation Went Through? Tell Us Why First!

How to Check If Your Subscription Was Canceled


  1. Click HERE to  log into your NURSING.com Account
  2. In the upper right corner, click the dropdown menu, and click Account
    1. OR click HERE to go directly to your Account Settings page
  3. Click on Manage Payments/Subscriptions
  4. Select your subscription
  5. Look for a banner at the top of the pop-up box confirming your cancellation.
    1. If you still have time left on your trial or billing cycle, you’ll see the date your subscription will officially end.

  6. If your access ended immediately, you’ll see a red Cancel prompt instead.
