Can I Get a Refund for My Subscription?

If you reach out within 3 days since the payment was processed, you may be able to qualify for a refund. 

If you're outside of that refund window, you can still cancel your subscription so no further charges get processed, and you'll continue to have access through the end of your billing cycle. 

To request a refund:

  2. Provide the email address tied to your account or your transaction number, if possible.  

Once a refund has been issued, it may take between 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
