Can I Get a Refund for My Subscription?

Once your subscription is activated, all payments made under the subscription are non-refundable including for any unused content or partially unused period of time during the time the subscription remains active.

Please note that Subscription Renewal Notices are emailed 5 days prior to the subscription renewing.

So, if you're on an installment or automatic renewing subscription and no longer want to continue with your subscription, you can cancel your subscription anytime so no further charges get processed, but you cannot receive a refund for any payments made during the time that your subscription remains active. 

After you cancel, you'll continue to have access through the end of your billing cycle, but you will not be billed again.
