Can I see my specific subscription details from the NURSING.com app?
No, you will not be able to find specific subscription details (such as when you will be billed again) or be able to manage your account via the app.
In order to see specific details about which subscription you're subscribed to, you would need to login via a desktop or mobile browser - click here to login

To get to your Account page on the app, just click the icon at the top right hand corner:
From this page, you'll be able to:
- Enable/Disable Dark Mode
- View App Version
- Contact Support
- Connect Social Media
- Leave a Review
- Log Out
- Verify email used to login with
- Change Password
- View Privacy Policy/Terms of Service/Medical Disclaimer
- Delete Account
- Please note that this option does not delete the app - this option deletes ALL of your data including SIMCLEX and quizzes you've taken and payment and subscription information.
- This option cannot be undone.
Managing Your Subscription:
If you subscribed directly from our website, to manage your subscription, you can login into your account via a desktop or mobile browser.

If you subscribed from the App Store or Google Play Store, in order to manage subscriptions such as cancelling or updating your payment information, you will need to do that from within your App Store or Google Play Settings.
- You will be able to see subscription details if you log into the site via a desktop or mobile browser even if you subscribed via the App or Google Play Store, but, you won't be able to manage your subscription from the Account Page since all your billing is done through Apple/Google
